I really hope that this doesn't really happen when i'm alive.Everyone in the world who's still alive wouldn't care about the new lands, and discovering unknown things in the new lands.

I read some where that in 2025 this could start due underground and under water powerful technologies/projects that could set off a series of major earthquakes which could cause this. Japan just had another huge earthquake..

Another thing to understand is that sea level rise will occur at an exponential rate because as land disappears and more water covers the earth, the warming of the oceans will increase faster. This is because the dark water of oceans absorb energy from the sun. When there is less land and less reflective ice, the only result is the oceans heating faster.

If this projection is right, there won't be enough land to support the world's population by then. We will nd to start building houseboats like they hv in Seattle, but interconnecting them to create cities on the water. All those wars going on in the world, fighting over land that will be gone in 10-20 years; all those lives lost for nothing. SAD.😢
