The Problem With My Dream Bike | Yamaha R1 2016 60th Anniversary

I got to experience one of my dream bikes, a 2016 Yamaha R1 60th anniversary edition for the first time and it blew my socks off. This video is not intended to be a review it's just what caught my attention and my opinions about aspects of the bike.

I don't mind the color. But i have a thing for Yamaha Blue. Picked up a 2018 R1 about a month ago. Havent got to ride it since its winter where i am. The last 1000 i had was a 2003 R1. Im so excited to open this thing up!

I'm gonna be honest here, I'm totally a Honda fanboy.... but, this seriously is one of the most confusing bikes to me so far, it looks gorgeous! I usually hate orage but here it looks amazing, even though I'd like the engine covers possibly also black, but I can see how the magnesium look can grow on you.... also, the front led light strips just look sick!

It’s been 4 years I own this 2016 60th Anniversary-Beautiful Beast R1. My Love on this Motorcycle grows stronger and this machine make me to work hard to be fit enough to enjoy my rides. Good Video 👍

best part is that if you turn the brightness down on the display then the camera cant pick up your speed at all...

I think that bike is gorgeous 👌 I love the dash & headlights especially. The storage under the passenger seat makes my 13 Ducati 848 EVO seem like I have a SUV 😆 I don’t think you could even hold your insurance card in the new R1... but that’s why you get a backpack. Thanks for another excellent review video

maybe i'm getting old but stuff you don't need on a bike are 1 a gear indicator 2 a green and orange powerband light 3 a brake monitor 4 OMG, my first bike did not even had a rpm gauge and i don't needed it !! love the front light on the R1 and new R6

Call me strange but i was never really a big R1 fan from 2000-onwards but over time I'm not going to lie they have grown on me especially from 2008 the Big Bang 💥 but when Yamaha brought out this 2015 new R1 I instantly fell in love with it and i now absolutely love the R1. I'm not a massive fan of this yellow personally id rather the red/white but that's just me. My friend has a 2015 with a Akrapovic exhaust and as much as the bike sounds good with the stock exhaust for me its gotta have a after market exhaust if it does take any of the smoothness away that's easily sorted by flashing the ecu. Who's is this R1 brother and if you really want one of these new R1s just keep doing exactly what you've been doing for a while now keep producing quality vids as you usually do and a new R1 might be in your possession sooner than you think 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
