2024 PORSCHE CAYENNE Extreme Off Road Testing

Remember seeing a video where merc & bmw failed miserably during off-road not because of their dynamics but due to overheating of transmission, i wonder how tf bmw managed to overheat the 8-zf and stop functioning for a while, in contrary to a rangerover & audi Q8 which cleared the obstacles with ease, considering similiar architecture with audi & dynamics of porsche the Cayenne is a no brainer in premium full size SUVs if you aren't into rangerovers.

What rim and tire setup are you running? When I looked up the tire rack tire selection, no off-road tire could fit the rims on the Cayenne.

Tires make the biggest difference and the engineers nailed it. I only wish they did the r*dneck test of mud bogging in mud tires

The Cayenne has great potential, but the suspension is not configured correctly, there is not enough ground clearance and worse there seems to be virtually no wheel articulation
