I actually do think you have a warm tone after comparing the foundations, but I agree that you can pull both tones off (which I think most people can, it's all about matching your makeup tones the way you're doing right now)

I think you are warm based but you are using the wrong shade. Do your make up using a lighter warm foundation and you will see the real difference.

Yes you can do either tone which means you are neutral toned.
I love how I can figure it out on other people but not myself. I feel like in the summer I'm warm toned but in the winter I'm cool toned and I know skin pigment shade changes from season to season but your undertones don't. So am I also neutral? No idea. 😂 but I can confidently say you are
