I just made it . The recipe was easy to remember. I steamed the potatoes and I used garlic granules instead of the powder . I also diced up a red onion instead of the onion powder . Turned out very nice Thanks 😉👍 ps I also used Herbamare salt .

Looks yummy...gotta try it with bacon...In Russia this salad is called "Olivier".You boil the potatoes, carrots, eggs and chicken or beef and chop them.Add dill pickles (chopped), peas and mix it all together with mayonnaise.

I thought adding beats is what makes a Russian salad a Rousseau salad...this looks more of a regular potato salad to me

Interesting but not Russian. Russian olivier salid small cubed potatoes.carrots, green onions, dill pickles, eggs then cooked peas mayo and smoked meat/fish/sausage of choice plus fresh dill weed in MODERATION salt and pepper.
