Will this wipe any additional drives you may have on your PC? Such as an internal D drive? I ONLY want to wipe/reset my C drive.

I was selling a desktop and I clicked:Remove Everything then click cloud download then on choose setting clean data I left that off is that good or bad because I want all of my files app and everything off that desktop.

Very good tutorial. However I have a problem with the method. Because I purchased the HP Stream at an auction I do not have access to the passwords. Therefore when I advance in "Reset the PC" I try a "fully clean the drive". I get "additional free space is needed on the drive where windows is installed. Free up more space and try again". The only option at that point is to "cancel". Is there some way I can either free space or an alternative manner to gain use of the computer? O/S=windows 10. Grateful for any assistance offered.

Good video, but somehow you bypassed the "Can't reset Windows 10; Could not find Recovery Environment issue." It seems that setting up a cloud reset will bypass that error message? It would be nice to why some people will get that error message.
