This video will be answering a question from Kiyoncé via my YouTube channel. Her question was, "I know not to compare your journey to anyone else’s, but I’d like to know about how long you need to train for certain tricks generally (ex. 3-4 training for handspring, 2 months for reverse spin, etc.)" I'll be addressing this question that is a very common one in this video.

This video blog series is to answer your questions about training etc that you all have sent my way either via YouTube, Instagram, and my Facebook group.

well said...and a GREAT question! I have had my pole for a month and I have nailed the crucifix invert, chopper invert, and working on the cradle spin - BUT my flexibility needs A LOT of work so I can extend on these moves, make them graceful and beautiful. It all boils down to consistency and hard work. (basically what you said) :-) the beauty of the human being is that we are all similar but also very different. <3
