Superb demo - the section on software metrics - the science of complexity and monitoring change in the code base to promote improvement - is first class.  Really great job Alister! :)

Small hint: Pascal Analyzer has a feature that is not obvious, as you don't expect it from a simple memo. But you can actually double-click on a line to be taken directly to the corresponding code! Time saver...

3:17 Remove any .pas files ...

Maybe you meant Remove any DCU files ?
Dcu you will get back with each compiling, but if you delete pas then you may loose some important sourcecode if you dont have backups.
