I love the smell of Vicks - it makes me think of home and of feeling better. Same with malt vinegar - soak a face cloth in warm water - squeeze it out and sprinkle liberally with malt vinegar. Fold in three - lie down and put on your forehead - clears a regular headache in minutes. My mam called it a vinegar rag - I still do it to this day.

This guys KNOWS what he is talking about because I did what he said without the Vicks and my nose became a faucet; I can’t imagine what would have happened if I had the Vicks vaporub; but I’m about to find out!!!🤗🤗🤗

The weirdest thing that works, to clear sinuses, is to put Vick’s on the bottom of your feet then put socks on, leave them on overnight and in the morning, your sinuses will be clear. Crazy but it works!👍🏻

Wow thank you so much felt that sinus opening up after pushing 2 thumbs. But i didn't have Vicks and consumed cayenne pepper, turmeric, black pepper, garlic and some hot 🌶sauce in my soup broth follow by the thumbs pressing. It's just as effective.

Vicks is an old remedy in many asian homes. Thus the proliferatiion of similar products and menthol sticks. It is a go to topical treatment for minor illnesses, aches and pains, insect bites, joint pains, headaches, swellings or even just to help you sleep.
