Exercise plays a vital role in managing chronic pain by modulating inflammation. It's essential to find an exercise routine that works for you, recognizing that pain may limit certain activities. Start small if needed, perhaps a ten-minute walk daily, upper body workouts if lower body pain is a concern, or even ascending and descending your stairs for 5 minutes daily.

Despite the challenges, incorporating some form of exercise into your routine can have significant anti-inflammatory effects, which are crucial in chronic pain management. #shorts

I spent a LOT time recently doing a deep dive on isometric muscle contractions and pain receptors! A LOT of hard studies have good results on pain management when applied to osteoarthritis conditions. Isometrics can be used without gym equipment, just takes a little research to apply .
