Step 1: Choosing the Right Fish

Fresh water flows into the tank very slowly from the main tank.

On the other side, a pump filters the dirty water and sends it through the filter before returning to the tank.

If the water level rises too much, it automatically overflows through the drainage system.

This setup eliminates the need for frequent manual water changes and ensures the water stays clean with minimal effort.

Step 3: Easy Filter Cleaning with a Pond Filter

Dad uses a pond filter, which is super easy to maintain!

Unlike regular filters, this one doesn’t need to be opened for cleaning.

A simple valve adjustment and a hand wheel rotation flushes out the waste.

Pond filters are highly efficient for large tanks as they handle high bio-loads and ensure clear water.

Step 4: Wave Maker for Better Water Circulation

A wave maker is installed at the bottom back side of the tank to create strong water currents.

This pushes all fish waste and debris from the bottom toward the filter.

With continuous circulation, the filter cleans out the dirt efficiently.

A wave maker also mimics natural river currents, keeping the fish active and healthy.

Final Cleaning Touch & End Scene

Once Kavilan is back, he helps with the final cleaning touches:
✔ He uses a magnetic glass cleaner to wipe off algae and dirt.
✔ He turns on the wave maker, letting it do the final cleaning.
✔ He rotates the filter hand wheel, completing the maintenance process!
