This is an adaptation of one of Deon Meyer's novels and all bets are off lol.

It was during an interview that Bonko Khoza spoke of his role as Mqhele on the Showmax series called The Wife. I think what I appreciated about his description of the character and overall synopsis is the profound clarity in which he conveyed his experiences. He spoke with great detail, especially with the emphasis of method acting emerging as one of the greatest techniques that oriented him as actor. I learnt that he is dedicated and intentional. Now, this form of artistic expression grooms him to embody the life of a story and this is why he makes a good villain. So I have faith that he will make an exceptional lead in this production.

The genre of a spy thriller reflects his talent - fitting like a glove. This is actually something that will challenge him to carve out a niche for himself as a thespian in South Africa. A man destined for nothing but simply the best.

Just watched it on Netflix. Wow, wow. Thank you to the cast and directors. We're ready 🎉 Better than Hollywood films for sure. This film was thrilling, exciting and I was focused throughout the film. Love it. Definitely 9/10 for me
