I’m not a man of faith. I am an atheist through and through (but the kind that believes there must be SOMETHING out there watching over).

But all of Demon Hunter’s songs and albums slap, and this one’s no exception

As far as I can understand of the lyrics, it's basically them asking atheists/non-Christians what death means to them. Basically, their story "ends in the heart of a graveyard" while those who believe will have everlasting life.

Disclaimer: I'm not really Christian, myself, but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate a good, meaningful message in an amazingly composed song.

This is my favorite from the album, and I really believe one of the best tracks of all DH time. With every new album they release I continue to be proud to call them my favorite band. They never fail to deliver.

I get such chills listening to this. The vocals and melody are flawless, incredible. And the lyrics are right on too.

As someone who struggles with faith and loves the crap out of Demon Hunter, this song really strikes a chord with me. So often I confront myself with the question of when my existence will end, and if there is a Heaven, will I be worthy to join Him there. I've far from led the life of a God fearing man, but try to be a good person nonetheless, and I do pray at times, just to see if I hear an answer in rough times. But like in most areas in life, it's easy to see the negative and doubts, and I fear that, even if I do cease to exist completely after I die, either way my life may have not been lived to its full potential.

This song is really nice. I like how the lyrics are caring, while sounding caring “tell me that your final home isn’t in the heart of a graveyard” (I didn’t memorize pls excuse any mistakes but you get the point) it just sounds really nice :)
