I’m #3 in the elites, sometimes #5 on some days user Sucka-Free I can’t do better than 27m I don’t know why that’s my max. Koga ninja scroll doesn’t increase in game exp for leveling up. It increases the amount of exp you gain after the battle for leveling up. It does not give a bonus during the actual game (besides evo’ing the kunai).
