Embraced By Locals In Albania: Our Epic Van Life Adventure
Snow and Curt were warned that Albania was different... that the local culture would amaze them! The warnings were right, the locals here in Albania are some of the most welcoming they have met on their journey and they sure know how to have fun! This full time van life travel couple spent over a week int eh city of Shkoder and their last night there was a celebration for the ages! Carnival is Shkoder is taken very seriously and Snow and Curt were welcomed with open arms to a local celebration! And, this travel couple finally got a much needed repair on their van before heading out to find an amazing wild camping spot! Albania Van Life is the real deal and Snow and Curt are just getting started with it.

Albania is my favourite visit to Europe so far. A welcoming culture impresses me more than scenery. Mother nature is already beautiful, but it's people who make or break the experience.

Snow & Curt, today I understood why I follow y’all. It’s the grasp you both show on Slow Living. The peace, wonder and gratitude that is always evident. Such an appreciation of the time we are here in each stage of the lives we have been given.
It’s hard to even understand being forced off property for 50 years then the genuine pride of having it back. Just wow.

Albania is beautiful, I loved the couple herding theirs sheep.
