Um. I think you’re getting that reaction because the recommended daily intake of is 2 and a half servings of veg a day with a 1/2 c-full cup being a serving size. Also by juicing your veg you lose most of the nutritional value. If you are 10 cups of veg per day it would be so much fiber you would be in a constant state of diarrhea.
