I couldn't see any difference except for makeup and the fact that she was smiling in the after photo which lifts the face anyway. I wish you would show a before and after on a much older person who actually needs the work done.

She sure looks younger but is a beautiful lady to begin with, just had no makeup on and not smiling so looks stern.

So, I took a screenshot of each and switched the geometrical shapes... The square and the triangle fit almost exactly the same. Not sure what these shapes prove, since in the before, the square is larger than the face, while in the after, the triangle extends beyond the face.
To highlight the improvement in the jawline, a different method should be used.

That being said, there was no need to do anything more than a lower face lift. The lip lift and the eyes were overkill. Actually changed her into another person. She was naturally beautiful, with just some slight laxity in the jawline.

She didn’t need any work done. She was just fine before. She should have had makeup in the first photo to see mire accurate results. This is misleading.
