Can you please do some before, and Afters without the make up that way we get a true picture of what she looks like. Obviously you do incredible work but it would be nice just to see once in a while somebody without the make up after.

With tons of makeup, false eyelashes and a filter? The before/after photos should be done with no makeup, in the same position and with the same lighting.
And why on earth would you want to look 15 years younger?! Look your age but fresh, rested, with glowing skin, a smile and a twinkle in your eyes!

Personally, I don't think the minor difference is enough to justify the expense and pain of surgery. She is a beautiful lady already and she looks young anyway
