vSAN 2 Node Deployment via PowerCLI

Accelerated 2.5x
vSAN 2 Node Direct Connect deployment using only PowerCLI
Starting with VCSA deployed to a 3rd host (such as in DC) & 2 vanilla vSAN Hosts

Witness OVA is deployed and configured
vSphere Distributed Switch is created & vSAN NIOC recommendations are adjusted
Hosts are added to the 2 Node Cluster, attached to the VDS, vSAN and vMotion VMkernel interfaces are created, as well as Witness Traffic Separation.
The cluster is then vSAN enabled and disk groups are dynamically created based on the number of cache devices.
