Literally the best thing ive ever seen on Elvis, what dedication to playing the greatest man to have inherited this earth. Elvis was a one off but Austin certainly bought him back to all off us for one more time. Forever to be watched again and again. Oscar worthy for everything, Austins performance, costumes, music, sets makeup the whole lot. Well done to all for such dedication. This man deserved the best and he certainly got it.💥💥❤️😍

Austin literally gave his soul to play elvis and when you get chills and you cry from watching it its like how is it possible that he literally is elvis and not Austin that you see. His performance is sooo raw and authentic. It's like elvis literally possessed him 👏👏👏👏

As soon as the trombones kicked in I immediately took this as hands down one of the best movie scenes ive witnessed, being a musician myself, I got extra goodebumps and I was bopping in the theather, along with numerous others who I presume were other players.

Edit: I still remember the exact face I made. I had a poker face but tapping my feet lightly, but as soon as those trombones hit it my face I can say with confidence litterally lit up and I was like "Woo ho ho ho!!" And bopping my head. I was estatic.

What makes this scene even more impressive is that Austin Butler was improvising while the musicians played live.

It’s seriously incredible. What a good job Austin butler did in this movie I went back and re-watched live videos of Elvis singing and compared it to Austin Butler singing. He sounds so much like Elvis it’s fantastic it really is, I’m 24 years old I saw that movie in theaters I was by far the youngest person in the room, and I cried at the end of that movie. It was so good dude.

68-74 Elvis was the biggest star!
The only man that can take a room of grown ladies and turn them into screaming fan girls

The best scene in the entire movie, and there was a lot of them. I love this scene, because you can see that Elvis is enraptured by it all. Movies and all else aside, it was the stage where he belonged with the best orchistra and a huge crowd stretching for as far as the eye could see. Elvis will never die. Bless you Baz and Austin, and to the magnificant crew. And of course talk about Editing. Each watch you find something new and I love to distinguish which is the real and which was filmed.

Give this man his Oscar presented by Mr. Denzel Washington (my church member) on that Sunday evening. Austin Butler as Elvis and Chadwick Boseman as James Brown the best performance I’ve ever seen actor portray musical geniuses.
