I think we all need to take a quick look at Ekko’s ingame model lol. He looks worse than champs that are years older than him, having an extremely pixelated face, purple skin, crusty eyes, glued-down clothes, wonky arms, a crusty mohawk, etc etc. Compared to True Damage, he needs HELP

As someone who greatly enjoys some Singed Gaming(tm), Singed is right there with Rammus where him being so outdated adds to his charm.

Singed imo is at his best when he's a joke character and what better joke is there than baiting the player into thinking they're getting a sadistic yet complex mad scientist then giving them a goober.

I've been concepting a rework for Zyra where I use her old lore where she's basically a human corpse being puppeted by a plant thingymajig but make her Ixtali.
Give her the look, effects, and tweak things here and there and Imo that's a pretty neat look.

Fun fact: Leona's model on Base, Valkyrie and Defender skins are broken. And one of her eye disappears as soon as you play an animation. Also Valkyrie Leona's skirt is bugged and turns transparent if you go inside a bush.
