I love this. Its real. Most ppl show ppl that have this amazing strength so it looks easy but i love seeing her progress and see the wobbles cuz hell, i shake during planks when i hold it too long. My abs are like hell no! Lol because its not use to it but im loving this

It makes the us mom's know that our body has different phases during and after pregnancy. So it feels good to know we should know our bodies and work our way up to build our core again. I personally have had to vaginal births so I don't know what's it's like to have a C-section but it's still taken me time to lose weight myself. I'm so caught up in caring my almost 2 year old and 3 year old I forget about me because I'm exhausted. But I just have to make myself make time and just do it. Thanks again Tia.
