I don’t often comment on videos but I wanted to share. I listened to this all night last night and it was weirdly powerful and amazing. Every time I woke up a bit in the night, I felt this sense of being really strong and solid and bathed in a soothing red colour (which makes sense for this chakra of course).

I feel different this morning. My root energy center feels really supercharged like a full battery…
