Treatment & Recovery at Pat Moore Foundation

Показать описание
Recovery from drug and alcohol addiction is possible at Pat Moore Foundation. We really care and we really exist to make a difference in everyone's life. We hope this video helps give an idea of what we are all about.
Here's the full transcript: The thing that I really enjoy here at Pat Moore is the sense of family and
the sense of community that's here.
I believe we've put together a program and a staff that really works.
Their wants and needs are being met, and I think that it's just really
important that they know that. I try to be fun loving, just like their
friend, not like I'm an employee or I'm staff, and we're no different. I'm
just further along in my recovery then they are.
Like I said, I was that hopeless case, but I know that here they did it for
me, and they went to any lengths. They kept seeing the positive results of
my actions, so therefore they wanted to be involved in it.
You know, I don't think I walked in the door thinking that my life would
change or that I would be able to stay sober because I hadn't yet and I
did.
Even when a client leaves this facility, they're not discharged to nothing.
They are still having contact. We are still monitoring. We can still offer
so many services, and that's very important.
We have gender specific treatment. Even though we have men and women on
site, it is gender specific, and I am passionate about gender specific
because men and women do recovery differently.
