Mine is that whenever I see my mom cry I go into my room and pull out a old picture or a drawing maybe even a birthday card, and I stick it in a random place for her to find so she smiles. She doesn't know it's me and she tells me to come look whenever she finds it and I pretend to be surprised so she feels better and thinks it's a cool coincidence.i love my mom deeply.

Here’s my wholesome secret: I set my best friend and my crush together. I could tell my crush wasn’t into me but we were friends and got along. I could tell that my best friend liked my crush so I wanted to set him up. Whenever I would play video games I would get both of them on in the same party then leave early and play another game alone. They didn’t know each other but eventually they started staying up late and talking. They are now dating. My best friend was so oblivious that he just recently confessed that he liked my crush and was gonna date her. I was talking to my crush’s friend and I was told that the only reason why she ever started dating my best friend is because she got to know him over the video game time they had. He will probably never really know what I did, and right now I probably want it to stay that way. Sometimes I am a little sad tho cuz she’s my crush and I’m being left out a lot, but being a wingman is more important. Bros first, always :)

Its not a secret now but it was for a hot second

Last year my grandpa was dying from cancer and I wanted to do something special. I learned that build a bear has a program where you can record lines on the phone and they can be transfered to a stuffed bear. I did two: one for my grandma and one for my mom. My grandma knew but my mom didn't. I then sent the bears to my best friend's house where I picked them up. Gave my mom the stuffed bear and she adored it. Even my dad was suprised by how I did it without detection

My grandfather had dementia at the time and I told him that this was my project, and whenever my mom visited, he would always ask her how my project was coming. Luckily I was also doing an internship at the time so my mom thought nothing of it.

I miss him a lot. Its almost been a year.

My only "wholesome secret" is when I go out of town with my dad's family, I'll try to bring a lot of pennies. My step-mom loves finding pennies laying around, and it always makes her day. We don't have the best relationship, but I like to see her so excited. So, as we walk around, I'll walk in front of her, make sure she isn't looking, and place pennies around for her to find.

my wholesome secret is that whenever it’s late at night and everyone’s asleep and it’s thundering and lightning outside, I go into the kitchen/ living room where my cats normally at and try to stay with him and rub him to calm him down since he doesn’t like the loud noises. It’s not really helping a person but I always feel bad when my cat gets scared from the loud noises. Idk if this is actually wholesome but 🤷🏼‍♀️

I found out my classmate needed to raise 10, 000 dollars to hire a lawyer. His dad was very abusive and they wanted to give full custody to their mom. All of my classmates donated 10-15 dollars I anonymously donated 1, 000 dollars which is all I had in my savings account (this was in middle scchool btw) no one will ever know it was me and id like to keep it that way

My wholesome secret is that my dad isn’t actually my dad, my biological dad was a loser and left before I was born. But my dad came back to my mom (because they dated before) knowing the baby wasn’t his and wanted to be a family with my mom. He raised me as best as he could and took amazing care of me. He still doesn’t know that I know he isn’t my biological dad but that will never change the fact that he is the best dad I could of asked for.

the same thing happened to my dad and uncle. when they were 8, my grandpa committed suicide, leaving my dad and uncle fatherless. about a week after he died, my grandpa’s best friend came to the house and brought my dad and uncle camping. he acted as a father to them. he taught them many things only a dad could teach a son, and brought them on many adventures. even though hes not my biological grandpa, i still consider him my grandpa too. he passed away last year and i miss him a lot, but im glad he gave my dad and uncle the opportunity to grow up with a father figure, and im glad he’s resting in heaven with his best friend now. ❤

When my aunt passed, my mom and I went to the house she shared with her "roommate" (I was super young so no one told me it was her girlfriend) to sort my aunt's stuff as she didn't have a will. I called the roommate Auntie the whole week we spent there because I could tell she had been like family to my aunt even if she wasn't actually. Lots of tears, love you Auntie

I'm a musician and I've been asking a really close friend to send me random songs on YouTube/Spotify that she likes so that I can get inspiration and maybe add the songs to a personal playlist. This is all true.

What I didn't tell her is that EVERY song she sends me goes to a seperate playlist. I don't have to like each song. The only thing that matters is that she likes them.

When I collect 100 or so titles, the next time we go on a road trip or something, I'll insist on using *"my"* playlist. But it's only music that she likes.

And I'm also working on an original piece for her as well.
