Last jail I was in, you'd get an 8oz styrofoam cup filled with cheerios and a little milk, a cup of orange juice, and a small fruit cup for breakfast. Lunch was one sandwich of one slice bologna and cheese and cup of white milk. Dinner was a small frozen dinner, and a cup of chocolate milk. That was a jail in USA.

My brother is in prison on his second bid I promise you the food isn't good but they aren't feeding him chicken liver. He said it's like school lunch but they tend to feed the same meal for a couple days before they switch to the next and the quality is also about the same as school food not just looks like wise but yeah it rotates. This is in Mid-Michigan though and he's in a low security prison at atm, so it's relatively peaceful this time around he said, well for prison anyway. My brother says if anything county/jail is 100x worse and that he and most other people are counting down the days until they transfer them to the pen.
