Yes but clearly
disarmed not people or Nation's rights, but every great history dominate politics which hiding in some states in EU (Hungary) and future EU states. Every need respect souvereignity, and constitutive rights in some states( BiH, three Nations, Kosovo two Nations). Very simple.
