To add a new tool in Vectric Aspire, you can follow these steps:

Open Vectric Aspire and click on the "Toolpaths" tab.

Click on the "Tool Database" button.

In the "Tool Database" window, click on the "Add Tool" button.

In the "New Tool" window, enter the name of the tool in the "Tool Name" field.

Select the tool type from the drop-down menu in the "Tool Type" field.

Enter the values for the tool parameters such as diameter, flute length, overall length, etc.

Once you have entered all the tool parameters, click on the "OK" button to save the tool to the database.

Now you can use the newly added tool in your toolpaths. To select the tool for a particular toolpath, click on the "Tool" tab in the toolpath settings and choose the tool from the dropdown menu.
