The underlying database for tools is in the CSV spreadsheet file format. The tool files can be edited with a spreadsheet application such as in the Libre Office Suite. I attempted to use OSX Numbers on my Mac but Carbide Create crashed after exporting the file back to CSV to save my edits. The CSV file contains a detailed tool profile structure, much more than is available to view or enter within Carbide Create.

Thanks for this video! I think the right click to setup a new tool is a poor UI/UX decision. They should just let us click the new tool button or something similar!

I'm having a hard time with advanced v-carve. Using two bits, how do you get the machine to let you zero your second bits z-height? I zero the x/y/z of the first but, run the the first piece, but don't know how to zero the 2nd bit without just starting over.
