TVs are getting more and more brighter but what I miss is color accuracy and ease of use. All I want is to sit down, turn on the TV and watch a movie (not worrying about changing the settings and which mode to switch it too)

Purchased a LG C2 a few months ago, it’s amazing. Perfect for gaming and everything else.

TV’s that expand in size would be amazing to have in future for regular consumers.

Sorry Jon, a lot of what u said is not accurate, you say it articulately though. So PH-OLED does not last longer. In fact is delayed because it doesnt ask last long enough. We will NOT see PHOLED in 2025 0r 2026. There are plenty of OLED TVs that can do over 1, 000 nits in a 10% window, so the extra brightness is not necessary at all, at least until they remaster current movies to 4k nits. then you willl have to buy all your content over one more time. So just stick with a many of the OLED's that are on sale now, literally on sale. Also, Micro_LED that you can buy now, e.g. Samsung's the Wall 146" micro LED is around $100k and can do 1, 000 nits max brightness, NOT 10, 000 nits.

What about TCL CSOT INK JET Printed OLED. A TRUE RGB display.. That’s what I’m excited about. And one they can make the blue with PHoled it should be off the chain.

2:24 that’s not right
Burn in will still be an issue
Microled is what will fix the burn in issue

I'm thinks micro led is good for environment because if one tile broken or faulty that replace like led sign boards. But reality led sign boards new panel is brighter than old working ones.

Yeah. I thought that tech died over a decade ago, maybe around 14-15 years. It was when Oleds were new, plasmas dying, LCD TV inferior and LED becoming the norm. There was talks of CRT tech revives, like a plasma in individual cells, brighter than oiled, far cheaper to produce.

I honestly thought you were talking about "Fake OLED" 😂

MicroLed is just LED, not OLED. Self-emissive LED.

OLED fails long term on the basis of motion not being great. Crt and Plasma are superior in this regard. Future tech needs to prioritize motion.
