Would you get the Sony ZV-E10 or Sony ZV-1 camera? Would love to know!

The ZVe10 has 24 megapixels, not 20. Also, the APSC crop factor for Sony and Fuji cameras is 1.5x (not 1.6 like on Canon). So a f/1.4 lens would be similar to a f/2.1 full frame (not f/2.24). So basically, even more reason to buy the camera 😄

I bought this camera yesterday in Germany. I saw that you complained about the lack of touch screen, however, the ZV-E10L (L means that it comes with a lens rather than just the body) that I bought actually has a touch screen. There must be different models of this camera. Just FYI.

I subscribed just cos of how you were beginner friendly and mentioned how you can grow with the camera and start investing on better lenses when you start earning more. Thank you for your wide perspective.

Agree 100% with everything you said, but personally I would skip the kit lens and just buy the Sony 10-18 lens to get started. It's more money but that lens hardly ever comes off my camera. I use it 90% of the time.

The Sony ZV-E10 is a 24mp camera, not 20mp. Crop factor is 1.5x, not 1.6x. Canon's APSC cameras have 1.6x crop factor, Sony's have 1.5x.

Sure you can livestream with just a USB cable, BUT, only at a very soft 720p. Good enough to replace a cheap webcam, but for live streaming you are much better to get yourself a HDMI capture USB stick (even a cheap one), so you can source sharp 4K video that the Sony ZV-E10 is known for.

i got this camera last year. It improved my old sony 16mm f2.8 auto focus. It is so light, i can bring it anyway to record family life.

I'm sticking to gx85 for my travel camera. Touch screens are a must especially when handing your camera to strangers for a quick photo.

I just got the zve10, but I grabbed a sony 16-55 G lens, as I plan on throwing myself further into the sony range in the future.
Appears to be a great combo so far

I bought it the day before yesterday, for installation on the throne. I am very pleased, incredible power for such a weight

5:18 no it doesn't charge when its connected to PC via USB Streaming mode it shows that it is charging but the battery percentage doesn't go up at all so basically you have to use a dummy battery to stream for longer time

It really is a great little camera for the price…Kyle took some incredible shots using the 70-200mm GM (kind of funny using a lens that is like 5 Times expensive than the camera and the size lol 😂). Great video as always!

I just bought this camera yesterday, lots to learn, but your video was great and I agree with the lack of touch screen and a slightly bigger grip.

I have it and LOVE IT 🫶 its small enough to take ANYWHERE and takes amazing pics/videos. I travel alot and just throw it in my sling bag, also Highly recommend buying the small rig all metal casing and the tripod that can be purchased separately

Ive got the Nikon Z30. The Lens you want for these Cameras is the Viltrox 13mm/1.4 and the Nikon does not have that crop factor.

Are they making this camera again? I thought they stopped. Glad if it's back.

being an old timer, I have been using Canon full sensor cameras such as 1DX and 5D series, more focusing on photos, but lately been feeling extremely fatigued and painful holding these heavy boys, so I purchased this little guy called ZV e10, and first time using this crop sensored mirroless camera. Photos, , , , meh.... but it does what it does best, taking videos for casual things. Kit lens is good for just taking small videos, I just have one lens, but just ordered e to ef mount adapter to further explore what it can do... there is a right tool for everyone at different stage or different level. Photos, I would pop a couple tylenols and still use my big boys, but everyday small video thingies, I would pick up this little boy
