Medicaid is better than Medicare. Medicaid has no deductibles or copays. Medicaid covers prescriptions, sight and teeth and hearing. Medicare does not as it is mixed into the for-profit system through outside contractors. In other words once you are over 65, you have to be able to pay for the things old people need, such as glasses and dental work and hearing aids, or you are consigned to the scrap heap.
