Willem Dafoe as Norman Osborn was a perfect fit for Spider-Man 2002 but he was also flippin' hilarious. Even though this movie is cheesy at times, it's still in my top 3 Spider-Man movies. It gave us "YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I SACRIFICED?!" and "You know, I'm something of a scientist myself." Man, so many memes in one trilogy, thanks Raimi.
