If you say "3 step plan" you can show three circles to represent the steps but, you're better off leaving them blank than blurring them. Like I said, when it's blurred people see that information is intended to be there but, obscured from them. In second stage of Indian Nuclear program
Fast breeder reactor uses
nuclear waste+ plutonium+thorium= electricity +U233( that is thorium) + plutonium
This reactor produce 120 % of nuclear fuel then how much it consume to produce electricity. One more thing this reactor use nuclear waste and plutonium to produce energy and convert thorium into U233.
This is not like any other fast breeder reactor (FBRs)& fast reactor. It's something different
