I just monetized this January. It can be a headache going through all the hoops once you are monetized. I would like to see more content about actually getting paid once you are accepted into the partner program. I got my first check and my second should be coming in the next couple weeks. But for those people who view monetization as sort of an end goal, I would like to see more content for people who recently have gotten monetized but are confused about all the things they can or should do next. Love the content Roberto, keep it up (I know you will).

When I first started my channel, I was skeptical of how difficult it was to continuously push out content Every. Single. Week. I had sleepless nights, the money I spent on filming equipment seemed like a waste, and I overall had no motivation to grow this channel... but I kept focused. Not only did I listen to the feedback, I learnt from my mistakes, focused on a niche and, most importantly, stayed consistent. Now... my channel is thriving more than I ever expected. If I can do it, you can too!

This stuff is always helpful to watch. It's good to know the perks when you are monetized beyond just the payment you get from your content. I am looking forward to that community tab soon, helps build so much more engagement without being monetized. I understand why YouTube would push ads even if you're not monetized, it's important for YouTube to know who watches past the ads before they even get paid. I've had people tell me that there is ads on nearly all my videos which is a good indication for my channel in the future, so i'll take the ads.
