As a man of Italy there's only 1 way.

step 1. cook your pasta in boiling water moving the soft noodles around the water by tong.

step 2: have your sauce pan filled with marinara sauce.

step 3: take your tongs and put the noodles into the pan that has your beautiful red sauce.

step 4: use your tongs to coat the noodles in sauce. then serve and twist the noodles to the middle of the plate adding some green on top for color.

Nope, tried it this way and it was way too much starch. It made the texture of the noodles weird.
