I was one that asked about the genetic heritage being so susceptible to supernatural incidences. My reason for asking was me trying to pinpoint why I'm so sensitive to these things and was curious if my heritage was a contributing factor. I just don't know why else this is happening to me but I do whole heartily agree with your response about how insulting that question really is and how dangerous of a train of thought it really is. I was desperate for an answer and due to Sam being half Native, being in such a job he has been in, that he would be the one guy to ask this question to. I appreciate the response and I promise I meant no disrespect and I also agree and respect your response. Good luck with the adoption.

Some of them (if not most) are not evil, and if a person gets hurt it’s usually a wrong-place-wrong-time kind of deal. Usually i call them beings or creatures; but Tlingits believe all living beings have a spirit that deserves consideration along with careful caution.
