I asked these questions to hopefully be answered within the next letter in the series, and with the QnA coming up/next, this is just a copy/paste of that last comment, in the hopes they'll be seen!

Question for Sam:
I got two!

1. Is the Jersey Devil a cryptid or just a fictional creature? This is my favorite cryptid, mainly because I find its origin legend really interesting. I would love to hear thoughts on this creature!

2. You mentioned in an earlier letter that you got your name White Owl from a vision quest. I am not native myself, but I live in the Chumash tribe region and am friends with a couple members. So I know of vision quests from them for this area. I would love to know what yours was like if you can share!
