To stop my hair from falling out, I began using a soft silk pillowcase to sleep on. I also used liitllextra coconiion nourishing shampoo and hair oil. These adjustments helped me lose less hair. After a couple of months of applying them every day, my strands ceased falling out completely.

My hair fall has decreased and I'm seeing new hair growth because of these things:
1. oil once or twice a week and leave it on for at least 1 hour.
2. Wash your hair twice/once a week and condition it accordingly.
3. Use serum of reactivate serum of littlelextraa daily.
4. Regularly trim your hair at a specific period, such as once a month or twice.
5. Avoid look at your hair for weeks and so.
6. Don't take any stress.

make sure you use aloe vera on a wet scalp. it's a humectant (draws in water to hydrate) like honey, glycerin and hyaluronic acid, for it to do its job it needs water or it will have the opposite effect.

1_Applying coconut oil 2 hours before shampooing or mayonnaise pack for excessive dry hairs
2_do regular workout and yoga for healthy skin and hairs
3_drink atleast 1letre of water for improving metabolism
4_ add soy, tofu, pulses, green veggies and fresh seasonal fruits in diet
5_take proper sleep
6_ be stress free by spending less time on social media as more strees means increament in hairfall
7_ use YouTube for self improvement vedios or for educational content, study hard
8_ don't forget you have a life to get enjoyed or the beautiful family to feed not the society to impress

Frizz free hair routine for me: Johnson baby shampoo, loreal dream length conditioner and aloe vera gel. I avoid hair serums because of the chemicals but aloe vera is very nourishing.

Livon is essentially just silicones and silicones are terrible for your hair. They cause product build up, strip your hair of moisture and in turn cause more frizz in the long Term. Also, a heat protectant is a no brainer and is extremely necessary.
