I wrap stuffing in tinfoil packets. Works well re freezer to oven. I throw the tin foil packets in oven. They fit nicely around whatever else you have. Then i remove them in 30 or 40 minutes and then take them out and unwrap them into a serving bowl. Works nice stuffing is a combo of toasted and soft dressing. You can precook the dressing or not. Works the same either way. Do this every year.

I will be doing this Thanksgiving 2021! I have made mistakes in past years trying to cook everything in one day. This year I am preparing as much in advance as possible. Thank you for your detailed instructions. 😊

As I just sit down to prepare a Thanksgiving plan, I see your video and I think this is what I'll do
I make cornbread dressing but I can still bake the cornbread and freeze it and saute the veggies up and freeze as well.
My family are coming in from out of state on Thanksgiving day so I want to do as much ahead as possible.

Hello . Question .... I am planning on stuffing my bird, so you said to keep the the butter, veggie mix and the bread crumbs separate and then combine with broth when stuffing bird. . Can I not make the complete stuffing the night before, keep in a covered glass dish and then just stuff the bird next morning ? very nice video .. thanks.

Hi! I'm making my stuffing for 60+ people this year for Christmas, and I found your tips super helpful, as I'm going to pre make the stuffing tomorrow! On Christmas day, do you think it'll be ok to bake the stuffing from frozen? Or do you really recommend thawing it first? Thank you :)
