This guided mindfulness meditation focuses on a balance, sense of peace, presence, wellness, and calm through finding your inner harmony! You can relax your mind and body and reduce stress and anxiety through this deep healing meditation. A forest visualization is used to find a comforting balance and zen. Let go of your fears and find comfort and joy through my guided voice and affirmations. Bring yourself to a soothing and serene place of stillness and calm. 🌱
This guided meditation session is 14 minutes long: 11 and a half minutes of the session are guided, while the remaining several minutes are bright ambient music drone to help calmly end the session and return to your day… or go to sleep. Note that you may want to turn the “auto-play” function off on your YouTube player.
