I think the s19 is an upgraded S18. For people that like the S18 this will be a nice ttep up. However that's looking at it in a vacuum of S18 World instead of the EUC world at large. You made valid points.

Never seen you before, you earned a sub. 👍 everything you said is very accurate, I have got flack for saying some of these things, let me explain.

I was one of the first to get a s22 retail version, first batch was 60 models. I wanna say that I was pleased they delayed the release and sent out protype models for testing, respect. With that said I was expecting a fleshed out product, yes we all know about the fire, I feel they handled that well tbh. But when i got the wheel it was riddled with errors I had like 30 km on it (Canadian). I had to send it back 2 days of ownership, received it back put around 750km on it, it had to go back again. While it was back in for repairs kingsong had the motor recall, so I had my dealer hang in to it for the swap as well. Received it back I than had a popping noise, turns out the new motor replacement doesn't have press fit bearing on the hub and stator. So my solution is to purchase a new stator and 'hope' the bearing are tighter. And the stock sliders don't even get me stated.

I do have Hou Ningning 8 wheel sliders installed, new shinko 244 tire, and live by a mountain and ride the trails and hit jumps, climbing, stairs, and plenty of street riding. The s22 is in a real good place if you spend the extra on 3rd party and there is nothing that can out trail it. It's a great off-road beast, and wonderful if it's working 💯

Now here is where you earned your sub sir. This s19 is a joke. After the mishaps with the s22, I also have a s18. I will never purchase another kingsong wheel again. Just look at these numbers on the s19, they are a joke. If they wish to replace the s18 that's fine but make it a 2500 watt motor with 1800 wh battery on a 100 volt system, keep the profile down on the suspension like the s18, make a new brand reveal of kingsong high quality pedals. After all they are marketing this as a city commuter, and the cruise speed should be 60 so top should be 73ish like the s22. The Sherman is a 100 volt system 2500 watt motor, it can do low 80's top. By having a 3500 watt motor and 1700ish mah battery you be getting 40 to 50 km real world use, not very good for commuting, and having same s22 suspension is large and chunky.

So instead of making a 16-s (16x with suspension) and this would be hot competitor right now with Patton, the mini commander, and now begodes new wheel. Or maybe expanding the kingsong brand to have its first long range cruiser, they decide to make a wheel Noone wants and Noone asked for. Could have made a 126 volt 16 inch 3k motor and 2200 mah well built wheel and the ppl would have creamed themselves.

V11 is a very popular wheel. S19 has more range, is 100v vs 84v, and has a BMS. There is a value proposition here.

I think one of the things that might have happened is that they wanted to come out with an evolution/upgraded S18, but at the same time they can't step on the toes of its big brother the S22, if they built a S19 that went over 40mph, then what's the point in spending the extra on an S22? think they screwed up with the fixed factory pads, I think that alone is going to keep people from buying it, I think 3 things would make the wheel more desirable, 1- they should have left the side panels empty but modular for aftermarket pads, 2- put a smaller battery pack in it so it would be lighter weight and have a lower price, I don't think if the range dropped from 90 miles to 70 miles people would mind.

Of course, we could be wrong and the S19 isn't a replacement for the S18, and will be its own model, and its just meant to be more of a city-riding focused EUC.

The specs of this wheel would match better in a 16" form factor in my opinion. 18"+ machines should be built to hold a steady 40mph with headroom nowadays.

I have an s22, not sure which batch (nov 2022), and have had 0 problems. No weird noises, error messages and suspension’s great. (Although I understand that sliders would make it much smoother. )
Super fun wheel, I’d argue the most fun especially if you can go off-roading

Hold out for the begode extreme and keep saving for it because that wheel is going to be the next wheel if you look at the specs

This was definitely not the wheel to come out with, it should have been another 126 Volt wheel that was carefully built with better engineers

Kingsong just doesn't get it, their marketing team needs to be replaced, I've been going off about Kingsong for a while now, they need to ditch anything S20/S22

I feel like it's a $2, 400 wheel. I don't like they integrated the side pads into the design like the S18. I wouldn't buy just for that reason. Battery size and weight is good though. I like the spiked peals. Suspension looks good. If like kingsong I would just wait for s22 pro.

Maybe if it was completely solid. Sometimes specs and performance don’t match paper to real world. Good example is iPhone android.

It is meant to be an upgrade from the S18 and it's selling point is the Disco lights and the speakers on it cool looking design but functionally it's not that great of a wheel

I was disappointed a lot. A 100v wheel w top speed of 37mph?? Plus, it looks like u have to live w the stock power pads which we all know won’t fit 98% of the riders. Not interested.

definitely over priced. I'd rather see a s17 with 2500watt motor and 1500 wh battery or at least some sort of s18 refresh
