Battery Shunt and Neg bus bar! I was thinking of modifying the ARB Air Compressor bracket to mount the shunt and negative bus bar next to the Brake booster. But this option is even better...now I'll have to wait for a production run...

My concern would be around terminal shorts. Maybe have 45° bevels cut off the side wings to reduce this risk?
Also maybe consider a rubberised gasket on the top plate so it add a little arc out protection and can be removed and cleaned.
Bloody genius build though mate. I'd do it up in powder coated yellow so it stands out against other things under the bonnet and draws everyone's attention! LOL

Looks like a great idea, love the idea of bolting on to the factory bracket. But maybe need a narrower version to allow access to cell caps, and better clearance around terminals as pointed out by others.

Looks good. All other brackets I have seen do not fit with the factory battery clamps. Kaon will get some more of my pocket money.

Winner, I've been adding different things under the bonnet of my Prado and a was interested in consolidating fuses into one location, this looks perfect - black please

The brackets look good, I think various coloured anodising or clear coat would look good. My only question from a mechanical background, is there enough clearance for a socket to do up that nut without fouling the side of the bracket. Because doing up a nut with a spanner for that amount of thread would annoy me.

Any idea if Kaon will consider all 1kd vehicle variation enthusiasts ? eg. N70's, N80's as well as your various Prado generations ?

Great idea but way too close to the positive terminal for comfort. I would redesign it for a bit more clearance or make it out of plastic or a combination of plastic and metal for two reasons. First being so it doesn’t conduct to the positive terminal and second being so you can just use self tapping screws into a soft material to make installation of accessories simpler. Either way, you wouldn’t want it to short out and cause a fire if it comes loose or it moves unexpectedly on rough terrain. Great idea though, and me personally, I’m not too fussed on the colour of it as I like it raw. I wouldn’t buy one in it’s current form because of the possibility of a short circuit, but I definitely want one.

Being across the battery it wouldn't short out if it became loose, or left loos? good idea certainly makes lights etc easier, all the best to yous and your loved ones

as you asked for feedback, if you have to the factory battery, then the bracket will stop you from easily accessing the cell caps. on our 2022 model prado I have a 'similar' bracket but it allows for access to the cell caps, without moving/undoing any of the extra wiring.
