This is a great tutorial overall, but it's important to note that not everyone needs powder depending on if you have dry skin or live in a dry area. Sometimes setting spray is all you need.

Moisturizer > spf > foundation/skin tint > two-way cake > loose powder > lip balm/tint/stick/matte -> setting spray, , that's my go to make up

I personally use a concealer that matches my foundation to cover up acne and also to color correct my under eyes than use a lighter concealer to then highlight so the darkness has less of a chance to peak through
