Good job! In order to get on the desired dive angle, an F-16 pilot gave me the following tips
Place the target 30 degrees off your nose, left or right.
For a 45-degree dive, place the target just below the canopy rail.
For a 30-degree dive, place the target one fist length above the canopy rail.
For a 20-degree dive, place the target a fist with thumbs up above the canopy rail.
For a 10-degree dive, place the target the length of a “hang-ten” hand signal above the canopy rail (pinky tip to top of thumb).
Once you have the correct sight picture, then roll in. Hence the term, "rolling in on a target".
This applies to most any aircraft, not just the viper.

4:25 You explain the different modes that the Viper measures slant range: Fire control radar, Laser ... what are the remaining 3? And which letters are used?

Remember that you can hit NWS/MSL Step while in A/G master mode to quickly switch between CCIP CCRP and Strafe submodes,

Also, it seems as though the A/G Ranging does actually seem to be implemented, at least the piper is as accurate as it is in BMS, haven't needed the laser to get some pretty decent shots at moving targets, my understanding is that the LITENING pod's laser ranging should be less accurate than the A/G Slant Ranging from the RADAR, then again, the LITENING pod is so heavily WIP in both the Falcon and the Hornet that I wouldn't be surprised if it's weirdly perfect on that front

The radar turns on by itself when u enter ag mode or you have to turn on it manually? Is there also like in the a 10 mode that uses coordinates and elevation calculated by gps and ins and compares them with terrain profile to calculate impact point?

awsome vid m8! i don't play this game and the closest i got to mil sim is world of warships lol (or maybe arma series dayz's n spinoffs) but ur vids have me glued to the screen, mad question but do you reckon (ignoring the g's) you could get in 1 of these planes irl and manage to take off? (is this sim that accurate) sorry for the noob question but gotta ask.

Now that you have the gun working, you should see if you can shoot your own plane down, like the dutch f16 pilot nearly did in April 2019. I believe the pilot was shooting ground target in a steep dive, and was going too fast. Basically caught up to the bullets and damaged his own plane. I guess it's similar to a bird strike, but with bullets.

There is something i'd like to know. If you use the AP-Rounds, can it destroy SA-11 Units? I'm asking this for a later SEAD/DEAD-Setup. Haven't tried the F-16 yet. So if someone could enlight me, I would be thankful.

Nice video. One question:
The PGU ammo is supposed to be semi AP ammo, so less potent, but faster and therefore less drop. Is this actually implemented and if so, does it make a difference? Does using PGU ammo actually give you a noticeable advantage in AA encounters?
