I was just approved for this no downpayment and no PMI as a conventional financing called a 100% buyers advantage program. It only works for a house financing. However, during this market it is challenging finding a property.

I got approved for this type of loan in my state and they are also giving me 2500 in Lender credit and the seller who accepted my offer has agreed to pay an additional 2000 in closing so now I'm just waiting on the appraisal and underwriting process, I have been super anxious in the meantime waiting to make sure everything goes smoothly I've found myself binge watching your videos
