It’s the still moments like this that I miss the most. The slight rustle of my siblings rolling over in their sleeping bags; my dad’s quiet baritone voice, and my mom’s higher but still quiet tenor just outside the tent; distant laughter and conversations from other campsites... this is how it’s meant to be.

Very calming and can be therapeutic in it's own way...love it....the closest I've been to an actual scenario like this was in Army training at Fort Benning years ago...(GA)...it was my last training night in bivouac (field training) and I was in a tent and my visual was close to this on screen...I felt so at ease and comfortable and safe and amazingly at peace with what was around me..and I stayed up all night through the morning that I made it...you know, not just made through Army training but made a peaceful place with myself.
