1980s Downsize your Driving - 16mm 4k Restoration

Hello! Here is a cool print I recently scanned. A lot of cools shots of old cars and city streets. Colors are amazing as well! This is a 2k scan with 4k upscaling. I scanned this 16mm print myself!

The colours are great, but is the film print itself overexposed? Or was that a scanning choice?
