I'm someone from the project that this meme originated from, the project's name is Render96. Not sure who specifically made the meme, but I know that the Koopa Model was from a very early version of the mod, circa mid 2020. The model was actually an edit of the SSBM trophy model, but the newer versions of the pack have a model made from scratch. Honestly surprised at how far this meme managed to go. The project is still going, in case you're interested.

Fun fact: The koopa troopa image is from the render96 mod for the Super Mario 64 PC port. The mod makes all the models look like the pre rendered graphics on the box arts.
