People dont realize that sugar is also breads, potatoes, bagels...these items must also be removed in order to truly restrict sugar intake.

Found out I was diabetic, quit the 2 liter of Pepsi a day and changed my diet.
211 to 166 in four months. I drink one can a day now, just love Pepsi😂

Very true! With sugar consumption You must be very-very cautious! Avoid drinking too much sugary sodas for example! Limit sugar intake or you may face very painful consequences...

I want to do it, but not sure what I have to do for that exactly ?? Would having sugarless tea / coffee enough (that’s the only thing wherein sugar gets added) or I have to do anything extra ??

I made it 5 days sugar and bread free and then collapsed on the floor with vertigo. Instead of trying to help me figure it out and how I could safely detox from sugar, my dr just said "don't do that anymore." And told me to eat them so I don't collapse anymore. So now Idk what to do
